He's a great ages. He explained everything in depth. If I I had a question about anything he was always available to answer. He also updated me on anything new state farm was doing. He's a agent that cares about the community. I always see him post different things he's doing for the community

Rarely leave reviews like this - but truly felt the need to. Had renters insurance with this office, and then added on car insurance. I’ve been with state farm for years and years, and this by far was the most difficult & frustrating office to work with. It was nearly impossible to get hold of the office, as well as had to consistently remind some of the employees there to send over the confirmed documents when signing on for auto insurance. I was told numerous different monthly prices than what was agreed upon, as well as after signing with them they almost doubled my monthly price with no explanation other than it was out of their hands and the systems “decision”. When expressing communication and contractual concerns, I was told by both the owner and another employee “feel free to go elsewhere”. So I cancelled my auto insurance and my renters insurance, just like they said. Never had any type of experience like this with any insurance company - wouldn’t recommend sadly.
